君泽君律师事务所近日迎来蔡启孝、熊则凯律师以合伙人身份分别加入其北京、长沙办公室。

蔡律师的主要执业领域为金融机构设立、重组，境内上市，上市公司再融资、并购重组，股权投资与并购，多年来为境内外大、中型企业集团和金融机构提供服务，涉及银行、信托、房地产、科技、农业、文化传媒等产业。加入君泽君之前，蔡律师曾在天达共和律师事务所工作。

熊律师主要执业领域为建设工程房地产、公司法、争议解决、破产重整与清算。熊律师曾供职于湖南省高级人民法院，此后在全国百强房企任法律事务部主任，在房地产开发、建设工程案件处理方面积累了丰富的实践经验。

这是君泽君今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

JunZeJun adds duo experts in Beijing, Changsha

JunZeJun Law Offices recently welcomed Cai Qixiao, Xiong Zekai as new partners in its Beijing and Changsha offices.

Cai specialises in financial institution establishment, restructuring, M&A, and reorganisation of listed companies, as well as equity investment and domestic listing. He has provided services for both domestic and foreign enterprise groups and financial institutions in various industries such as banking, trust, real estate, science and technology, agriculture, culture, and media. Before joining JunZeJun, Cai worked at East & Concord Partners. 

On the other hand, Xiong's expertise lies in construction and real estate, corporate law, dispute resolution, bankruptcy reorganisation, and liquidation. He has previously worked for the Hunan High People's Court and was the director of the legal department in a real estate company, where he gained extensive practical experience in real estate development and construction engineering case handling. 

This year, the law firm has hired its second batch of partners at the same level.
