近日，香港资本市场迎来多宗重要上市项目，其中AI公司第四范式于国庆假期前登陆港交所，募资约1.07亿美元；食品品牌十月稻田则在假期后完成上市，募资约1.05亿美元。
在第四范式项目中，达维律师事务所、君合律师事务所担任公司律师，并由Jacobson Burton Kelley提供美国出口管制相关法律咨询；美迈斯律师事务所、通商律师事务所则担任独家保荐人中金公司的法律顾问。第四范式也是今年迄今为止港股市值最大的TMT IPO项目。
2014年创办于北京，第四范式是一家人工智能软件公司，专注于提供以平台为中心的人工智能软件，使企业能够开发其自有的决策类AI应用。以2022年收入计，第四范式是中国最大的以平台为中心的决策类AI公司。

OMM, Paul Hastings, Davis Polk, CC on two major HK IPOs
The Hong Kong capital market welcomed several significant IPO projects recently. Among them, AI company Fourth Paradigm landed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange before the National Day holiday, raising approximately $107 million. Following the holiday, the food brand Shiyue Daotian completed its IPO, raising around $105 million.
In the Fourth Paradigm project, Davis Polk and JunHe served as the company's counsel, with legal advice on U.S. export controls provided by Jacobson Burton Kelley. O’Melveny and Commerce & Finance acted as the legal advisors for the exclusive sponsor, CICC. This IPO is the largest TMT IPO project in Hong Kong in terms of market value this year.
Founded in Beijing in 2014, Fourth Paradigm is an artificial intelligence software company specializing in platform-centred AI software, enabling enterprises to develop their proprietary decision-making AI applications. Based on its 2022 revenue, Fourth Paradigm is China's largest platform-centred decision-making AI company.

According to a list published by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2023, Shiyue Daotian is the first and only unicorn enterprise in Liaoning Province.
