安杰世泽律师事务所近日迎来李峰、杨通梅、潘维力三位律师以合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。

李律师专注于争议解决、劳动雇佣、知识产权领域，尤其是在汽车行业的劳动人事、消费、维权、公司合规、技术转让和许可等多个法律领域拥有丰富的经验。加入安杰世泽之前，他曾在上海汉之律师事务所工作。

杨律师长期从事争议解决业务，特别擅长处理跨境争议、投融资、金融资管、劳动人事和民刑交叉领域的疑难复杂民商事争议解决案件。加入安杰世泽之前，她曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

潘律师擅长境内和境外并购，曾主导跨国企业对欧美企业的境外收购，以及对国内企业的境内收购。加入安杰世泽之前，她曾在瑞典园艺机械品牌富世华事业部担任全球总法律顾问。

安杰世泽在一份新闻稿中表示，三位合伙人的加入将进一步夯实其在相关法律服务市场的专业根基，为该所打造全方位、高质量、一站式法律服务体系注入更多新力量。

AnJie Broad adds three senior partners in Shanghai

AnJie Broad Law Firm has recently expanded its team of senior partners in its Shanghai office, with the addition of three experts - Li Feng, Yang Tongmei, and Pan Weili. 

Li specialises in dispute resolution, labour and employment, and intellectual property, particularly in the automotive industry. He advises on labour and employment, consumer matters, rights protection, corporate compliance, technology transfer, and licensing. Prior to joining AnJie Broad, he worked at JZMC Patent and Trademark Law Office. 

Yang's focus is on dispute resolution, especially complex cases of cross-border disputes, investment and financing, financial management, labour law, and the overlapping areas in civil-criminal matters. Prior to joining AnJie Broad, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons. 

Pan specialises in both inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions. He has led outbound acquisitions of European and American companies by multinational corporations, as well as inbound acquisitions of domestic companies. Prior to joining AnJie Broad, she was the global general counsel of Husqvarna, a Swedish gardening machinery brand, in its business unit. 

AnJie Broad stated in a press release that the addition of the three partners will further strengthen the firm's professional foundation in the relevant legal services market. It will inject more new strength for the firm to build an all-round, high-quality, and one-stop legal services system.
