嘉源律师事务所近日迎来两位争议解决、资本市场专家张会会、范骏祺律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

张律师专注于争议解决业务，在证券合规、民商事诉讼与仲裁领域有丰富经验。加入嘉源前，张律师曾于天同律师事务所工作。

范律师专注于境内外证券市场的首次公开发行与再融资、上市公司收购与重组、私募股权投资与风险投资、公司治理等领域。加入嘉源前，范律师曾在蚂蚁集团工作。

嘉源在一份新闻稿中指出，两位合伙人的加入将进一步提升该所在相关业务领域的团队实力与专业服务水平，为客户提供全面、专业和优质的法律服务。

这是嘉源今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Jia Yuan adds duo experts in Shanghai

Jia Yuan Law Offices has recently added two dispute resolution and capital market experts Zhang Huihui, Fan Junqi as partners in its Shanghai office.

Zhang specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in securities compliance, civil and commercial litigation, and arbitration. Prior to joining Jia Yuan, Zhang worked at TianTong Law Firm.

Fan focuses on initial public offerings and refinancing in domestic and international securities markets, acquisitions and reorganizations of listed companies, private equity and venture capital investments, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Jia Yuan, Fan worked at Ant Group.

Jia Yuan addressed in a press release that the addition of the two experts will further enhance the firm's team strength and professional services in the relevant practice areas, providing comprehensive, professional and quality legal services to clients.

This is the second batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
