破产重组业务在律师众多执业领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色，破产重组业务由于其复杂性和专业技术性，以及往往遇到不同企业的特殊情况和难点问题，破产重组律师在工作中展现出独特的破产重组思维、绝佳的厘清复杂法律关系的能力、对相关法律技能的熟练运用，超强的抗压能力以及强大的项目协作能力，协助客户顺利完成项目。ALB希望通过此评选呈现出市场上顶尖的破产重组律师，他们拥有扎实的专业能力、亮眼的破产重组业绩、丰富的项目经验，以及创造性的法律服务解决方案。
每一家律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的破产重组律师，请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的破产重组律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事破产重组相关法律服务，中外律师不限。
评选方法：
我们将参考以下几个方面：
1）破产重组领域的代表性项目；
2）过去12个月参与的破产重组重大项目；
3）候选人的主要客户 ；
4）候选人所获得的奖项；
5）客户评价
最终当选的15位破产重组律师名单将刊登在2024年3月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

We are now accepting submissions for 2024 ALB China Top 15 Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers.
This new ranking aims to recognize lawyers who excel in the practice areas of insolvency and restructuring, which are becoming increasingly important in the legal field. With their extensive knowledge and use of legal skills, insolvency and restructuring lawyers help clients navigate complex legal relationships and successfully complete projects. The ranking will showcase the top insolvency and restructuring lawyers in the market, who possess a strong foundation of knowledge, rich experience, and demonstrate strong business acumen and creative solutions.
Please note that one firm can nominate a maximum of two lawyers who have achieved outstanding results in insolvency and restructuring projects. Candidates can be of any nationality but must have been based in mainland China for the past 12 months.

Methodology:
The list will be selected based on the combination of the following criteria
- Significant insolvency and restructuring projects;
- Important insolvency and restructuring projects within the past 12 months;
- The clients the candidate has acted for;
- Significant accolades received by the candidate for their work, such as public recognition, awards;
- Client feedback.
The upcoming issue of ALB China in March 2024 will feature the top 15 insolvency and restructuring lawyers in China.
