近日，总部位于深圳的华商律师事务所正式落子上海，成为该所在全球范围内的第48家分支机构。

据悉，华商上海将由合伙人吴波律师担任执行主任，目前共有律师、顾问35名，其中包括10名合伙人。

华商告诉ALB，从行业领域出发，新成立的上海分所将聚焦上海市重点产业发展规划，专注于银行和金融、航运、生物医药、新能源、新材料、新兴信息产业、高端装备制造业；就专业领域来看，该分所则将进一步深耕银行与金融、海事海商、国际贸易与海关、合规、破产重整、不良资产、知识产权、环境资源与能源以及资本市场。

华商在一份新闻稿中表示，长三角一体化发展与深港融合、粤港澳大湾区建设在法律服务领域有着许多共通点和值得相互借鉴的内容，法律服务新型国际化正在呈现。华商扎根大湾区，经过30年的发展，在国际化法律服务方面坚持不懈探索，建构了较为完善的国际法律服务体系和网络。未来华商将依托其在大湾区涉外法律服务的创新实践、服务体系和专业能力，探索以多种方式推动长三角和粤港澳大湾区法律服务互动融合。
 

China Commercial launches in Shanghai

Shenzhen-headquartered China Commercial Law Firm has recently set up a new office in Shanghai, which becomes the firm’s 48th branch globally.

The Shanghai office now has 35 lawyers and counsels, including 10 partners, and will be led by director Wu Bo.

China Commercial tells ALB that the Shanghai office will eye on Shanghai's key industry development plan, focusing on banking and finance, shipping, biomedicine, new energy, new materials, emerging, high-end equipment manufacturing; maritime and seamanship, international trade and customs, compliance, bankruptcy and restructuring, distressed assets, intellectual property, resources and energy, capital markets etc.

The firm addressed in a press release that the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and the construction of the Greater Bay Area have many common points and contents worthy of mutual reference in the field of legal services, and a new type of internationalization of legal services is being presented. 

Rooted in the Greater Bay Area, after 30 years of development, China Commercial has persisted in exploring the internationalization of legal services and constructed a relatively complete international legal service system and network.

Relying on its innovation, foreign-related legal service system and capabilities in the Greater Bay Area, China Commercial will explore various ways to promote the interaction and integration of the Yangtze River Delta and GBA.
