信达律师事务所近日迎来跨境专家刘奕杉律师以合伙人身份加盟。

刘律师的执业领域为跨境投融资及并购、涉外合规及涉外争议解决等。加入信达之前，刘律师曾在君泽君律师事务所工作。

这是信达今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Sundial adds cross-border expert

Sundial Law Firm has recently added cross-border expert Liu Yishan as a partner.

Liu focuses on cross-border investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, foreign compliance and foreign dispute resolution. Prior to joining Sundial, Liu worked at JunZeJun Law Offices.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
