6月13日,中国人工智能创新型研发平台公司晶泰科技在香港联交所成功上市,募资约9.89亿港元。
晶泰科技是2023年3月底香港联交所推出针对特专科技公司上市的“18C章规则”后,首个在该套规则下完成上市的企业。
方达律师事务所、盛德律师事务所为发行人提供法律服务;君合律师事务所、史密夫斐尔律师事务所则作为保荐人律师参与交易;迈普达为发行人提供了离岸法律服务。
晶泰科技成立于2015年,是首家在香港成功上市的人工智能辅助新药和新材料研发公司。其将量子物理、人工智能、云计算和自动化机器人技术相结合,为制药和生物技术、石油和可再生能源以及先进材料等行业提供研发解决方案和产品。自成立以来,一直为辉瑞、琼森、德国达姆施塔特默克集团、中国正大天晴药业、韩国大熊制药等提供服务。
方达团队由合伙人丁继栋、李娜和陆尘牵头,并得到了合伙人云劭君、邹雯、张毅的支持。

Sidley, HSF on first chapter 18C IPO in HK
On June 13, QuantumPharm (also known as XtalPi), a Chinese AI-driven innovative R&D platform company, successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately $126.7 million. XtalPi is the first company to complete a listing under the "Chapter 18C" rules, newly introduced by the HKEX for specialist technology companies at the end of March 2023.
Fangda Partners and Sidley Austin provided legal services to the issuer; JunHe and Herbert Smith Freehills acted as legal advisors to the sponsor; Maples and Calder provided offshore legal services in the deal.
Founded in 2015, XtalPi is the first AI-assisted new drug and new material R&D company to successfully list in Hong Kong. The company integrates quantum physics, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and automated robotics technology to provide R&D solutions and products for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, petroleum, renewable energy, and advanced materials. Since its inception, XtalPi has served clients including Pfizer, Merck Group, Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group, and Daewoong Pharmaceutical.
