DOCVIT adds three real estate experts in Jinan

DOCVIT Law Firm has recently added three expert Zhang Xuexue, Wei Botian, Liu Shanshan in its Jinan office.

Zhang will serve as a senior partner in DOCVIT's Jinan office, where she focuses on infrastructure construction, real estate and construction engineering, urban renewal, corporate governance, state-owned enterprises, dispute resolution and other areas.

Wei will be a partner in the Jinan office. Since the beginning of his practice, Wei has focused on construction contract disputes, real estate development and operation contract disputes, disputes related to companies and enterprises, and legal risk management in the whole process of construction and real estate projects.

Also serving as a partner in the Jinan office will be Liu, who specialises in the areas of real estate and construction engineering, corporate compliance management and risk prevention and control, corporate employment compliance management and labour and personnel dispute resolution.
