近日，总部位于北京的国浩律师事务所完成了其马德里办公室的重组，进一步深化国际布局。

据悉，国浩马德里办公室将由丁力律师担任管理合伙人，他专注于投资与并购，公司运营，房地产，商法，企业法等领域。在2016年加入国浩之前，丁律师曾在该所的西班牙战略合作伙伴Ecija律师事务所工作。

国浩早在2013年便正式设立了马德里办公室，也是第一家布局西班牙的中国所。该所在一份新闻稿中表示，重组完成的马德里办公室能为客户提供跨境收购兼并、企业融资及商务服务、公司法、房地产、税务、劳务、国际贸易、争议解决等综合法律服务。

国浩在一份新闻稿中表示：“此次重组马德里办公室，将进一步加强国浩律师在海外的队伍、增进与国浩巴黎、斯德哥尔摩办公室的协同、赋能国浩在中国和西班牙以及拉丁美洲的综合性跨境法律服务。”

目前，国浩马德里办公室共有包括丁律师在内的三位合伙人以及一位专业顾问。

Grandall strengthens presence in Madrid with reorganization

Beijing-headquartered Grandall Law Firm has recently reorganized its Madrid office to strengthen its international presence.

The office in the Spanish capital will now be led by Ding Li, who specializes in investment and M&A, corporate operations, real estate, commercial law, corporate law, and other areas. 

Ding joined Grandall’s Madrid office in 2016 after working at Ecija Law Firm, Grandall's strategic partner in Spain.
Grandall officially opened its Madrid office in 2013, becoming the first Chinese law firm to launch in Spain.

In a press release, Grandall stated that the reorganized Madrid office will provide clients with comprehensive legal services in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business services, corporate law, real estate, tax, labor, international trade, and dispute resolution.

"The Madrid office will further strengthen Grandall's team of lawyers overseas, increase synergies with our Paris and Stockholm offices, and enhance our comprehensive cross-border legal services in China, Spain, and Latin America," the firm said in a statement.

Currently, Grandall has three partners and one legal counsel in Madrid.
