总部位于上海的正策律师事务所近日正式落子成都，建立了该所在全国范围内的第十家分支机构。

据悉，正策成都分所前期由五位律师共同发起设立，未来将由周艳律师领导。

成都分所专注于高端民商事争议解决、基础设施与建设工程、公司治理与并购重组、政府机关及国有企业法律顾问、涉企业家和公职人员刑事辩护、执行裁决纠纷及执行维权等业务领域。

Joint-Win launches in Chengdu

Shanghai-headquartered Joint-Win Partners has recently set up a new office in Chengdu, which becomes the firm’s tenth branches domestically.

According to Joint-Win, the new office was established by five lawyers, and will be led by Zhou Yan in the future.

The Chengdu office focuses on high-end civil and commercial dispute resolution, infrastructure and construction projects, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, legal counseling for government agencies and state-owned enterprises, criminal defence for entrepreneurs and public officials, disputes over enforcement decisions and enforcement of rights.
