嘉源律师事务所近日迎来两位专家周利明、郑欢律师以合伙人的身份加盟，其团队将分别于上海、深圳、北京办公室工作。

周利明律师曾从事民商事审判工作近十年，目前从事民商事案件的代理、仲裁工作。周律师在重大、疑难、复杂建设工程与房地产纠纷领域具有丰富的经验。加入嘉源之前，他曾在天同律师事务所工作。

郑律师具有多年一线律师从业经历、金融机构法律合规部总经理法务管理经验。他在融资租赁、资产证券化、项目融资、不良资产清收、跨境诉讼及仲裁等领域具有丰富经验。加入嘉源之前，他曾在宝盈律师事务所工作。

这是嘉源今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Jia Yuan adds duo experts and their team in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing

Jia Yuan Law Offices has recently added two experts Zhou Liming, Zheng Huan as partners and their team in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing.

Zhou has been engaged in civil and commercial trial work for nearly ten years, and is currently engaged in representation and arbitration of civil and commercial cases. Zhou has extensive experience in the field of major, difficult and complex construction and real estate disputes. Prior to joining Jia Yuan, he worked at TianTong Law Firm.

Zheng has many years of experience as a frontline lawyer and legal management experience as a general manager of the legal compliance department of a financial institution. He has extensive experience in the areas of finance leasing, asset securitisation, project financing, non-performing asset recovery, cross-border litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining Jia Yuan, he worked at Baoying Law Firm.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
