安杰世泽律师事务所近日迎来两位专家张哲文、周敏超律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其深圳、厦门办公室。

张律师专注于私募股权与风险投资、跨境投资与并购、资本市场与证券相关法律事务。加入安杰世泽之前，他曾在环球律师事务所及汉坤律师事务所执业多年。

周律师兼具工科与法律的双重教育背景，深耕于知识产权、网络安全与数据保护、争议解决领域。加入安杰世泽之前，他曾在信实律师事务所工作。

这是安杰世泽今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Anjie Broad adds duo experts in Shenzhen, Xiamen

Anjie Broad Law Firm has recently added two expert Zhang Zhewen, Zhou Minchao as partners in its Shenzhen and Xiamen offices.

Zhang specializes in private equity and venture capital, cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities related legal matters. Prior to joining Anjie Broad, he worked at Global Law Offices and Han Kun Law Offices.

With a dual education background in engineering and law, Zhou is deeply involved in intellectual property, cyber security and data protection, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Anjie Broad, he worked at Fidelity Law Firm.
