竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来两位专家秦蓁、方见艳律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

秦律师具有超过20年的执业经验，主要的业务领域为公司与并购、争议解决。加入竞天公诚之前，秦律师曾在锦天城律师事务所工作。

方律师专注于公司并购、私募股权与风险投资、外商直接投资及公司常年法律事务。加入竞天公诚之前，方律师担任某领先上市生物制药集团旗下基金的风控合规负责人。

竞天公诚在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加入将在进一步增强事务所综合实力、充实相关领域专业力量的同时，也更好地满足客户在业务发展中不断变化的法律需求。

这是该所今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds duo experts in Shanghai office

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently added two experts Qin Zhen, Fang Jianyan as partners in its Shanghai office.

Qin has over 20 years of practice experience and his main areas of practice are corporate and mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Qin worked at AllBright Law Offices.

Fang focuses on corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment and general corporate law. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Fang worked for a listed biopharmaceutical company.

Jingtian & Gongcheng addressed in a press release that the addition of the two experts will further strengthen the firm's overall strength and expertise in related areas, while also better meeting the changing legal needs of clients in their business development.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
