11月2日，德恒泉州办公室开业庆典正式举办，这标志着德恒在“一带一路”沿线的战略布局又迈出了重要一步。

根据德恒的新闻报道，德恒泉州办公室目前共有70余名律师，由德恒厦门办公室主任刘豫衡律师兼任泉州办公室主任，原德恒厦门办公室高级合伙人曾杰峰律师担任管委会召集人，管委会成员还包括施国民、林华平、叶伟隆、林一鸣、姚建彬律师，监事会成员有庄宏榕、刘志民、郑晋、许光瑜律师。另有张贻启、曹君莹、王建南等律师领衔的本地律师团队加盟。

未来德恒泉州办公室将广泛服务于争议解决、公司治理及法律顾问、刑事辩护、房地产与建设工程、跨境投融资、并购重整、知识产权等领域，为客户提供综合性、全方位的一站式法律服务。

德恒泉州办公室设立在“海上丝绸之路”的起点城市，是德恒响应“海丝中央法务区”发展、推动德恒区域一体化建设、完善海内外战略布局的重要举措。

DeHeng Opens in Quanzhou, Expanding Belt and Road Initiative Footprint

On November 2, DeHeng Law Offices (Quanzhou) officially inaugurated, marking a significant milestone in DeHeng’s strategic expansion along the Belt and Road Initiative.

According to DeHeng's press release, the Quanzhou office now includes over 70 lawyers. Liu Yuheng, currently a director of the Xiamen office, also serves as director of the Quanzhou office. Zeng Jiefeng, an ex-senior partner at the Xiamen office, acts as the convener of the Management Committee. Managing partners of the Quanzhou office include Shi Guomin, Lin Huaping, Ye Weilong, Lin Yiming, and Yao Jianbin, while the Supervisory Committee members include Zhuang Hongrong, Liu Zhimin, Zheng Jin, and Xu Guangyu. The office is further strengthened by local lawyer teams led by Zhang Yiqi, Cao Junying, Wang Jiannan, and others.

Looking ahead, the DeHeng Quanzhou office will provide a comprehensive suite of legal services, covering areas such as dispute resolution, corporate governance and legal counsel, criminal defense, real estate and construction, cross-border investment and financing, M&A restructuring, and intellectual property.

The establishment of the Quanzhou office at the heart of the “Maritime Silk Road” represents a pivotal step for DeHeng, supporting the development of the “Sea Silk Central Legal Zone.” This move not only enhances DeHeng’s regional integration but also completes its strategic layout both domestically and internationally.
