总部位于上海的功承瀛泰律师事务所近日正式成立武汉办公室，成为该所在全国范围内的第16家分支机构。

据悉，新成立的武汉办公室将由刘伟杰律师负责领导，目前共拥有20余名律师，其中包括2位合伙人。

功承瀛泰武汉办公室的主要法律服务涵盖海事海商、ESG、涉外法律服务、保险与再保险、银行金融、房地产与建筑工程、能源与自然资源、税务规划、雇佣与劳动法、婚家与财富传承、争议解决等业务领域。

功承瀛泰在一份新闻稿中表示，武汉分所的设立是其布局华中地区，深化全国发展战略的重要举措。

Wintell & Co launches in Wuhan

Shanghai-based law firm Wintell & Co has established a new office in Wuhan, which becomes its 16th branch domestically.

According to the firm, its Wuhan office will be led by partner Liu Weijie, and now has more than 20 lawyers, including 2 partners.

Wintell’s Wuhan office will focus on maritime, ESG, foreign legal services, insurance & reinsurance, banking & finance, real estate & construction, energy & natural resources, tax & Planning, employment and labour law, matrimonial & family & wealth inheritance, and dispute resolution.

A press release from the firm said that the establishment of the Wuhan office is an important step in its layout in central China and deepening its national development strategy.
