每一家律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的破产重组律师，请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的破产重组律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事破产重组相关法律服务，中外律师不限。
评选方法：
我们将参考以下几个方面：1）破产重组领域的代表性项目；2）过去12个月参与的破产重组重大项目；3）候选人的主要客户 ；4）候选人所获得的奖项；5）客户评价
最终当选的15位破产重组律师名单将刊登在2025年3月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

We are now accepting submissions for the 2025 ALB China Top 15 Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers. We look forward to receiving your submission soon.
Insolvency and restructuring are increasingly important in various areas of legal practice. Lawyers specializing in these fields leverage their deep understanding and relevant legal skills to assist clients in successfully navigating complex projects with intricate legal relationships. This ranking aims to highlight insolvency and restructuring lawyers in the market who possess a solid foundation of knowledge, extensive experience in their projects, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop creative solutions.
One firm can nominate at most TWO lawyers who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in insolvency and restructuring projects. Candidates can be of any nationality, but must based in mainland China during the past 12 months.
Methodology:
The list will be chosen based on a combination of the following: 1) significant insolvency and restructuring projects; 2) important insolvency and restructuring projects in the past 12 months; 3) clients the candidate has acted for; 4)significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition, awards, etc; 5) client feedback.
The list of the top 15 insolvency and restructuring lawyers in China will be published in ALB China’s March 2025 issue.
