一直以来，争议解决业务都是律所众多业务领域中重要的一部分，当前形势下，法律服务行业尤其是争议解决领域也迎来新的发展局面。
我们荣幸地通知，2025 ALB China 争议解决业务排名已启动申报，ALB期待通过此排名呈现市场上实力强劲的争议解决律师事务所及其业务。
排名基于以下标准进行：1）律所开展争议解决工作的数量、复杂性和规模；2）争议解决业务历年的重要成就、过去12个月完成的诉讼/仲裁；3）律所争议解决业务的人员数量、市场规模、业务体量等； 4）主要人员聘用和执业团队的成长；5）主要客户和赢得的新客户。
最终的争议解决排名将会分为两个部分：“诉讼”和“仲裁”。排名将会被分成各个等级，第一级代表这个司法辖区内的最强的争议解决律所。
评选结果将发布在《亚洲法律杂志》中国版2025年6月刊上。

Litigation has long been one of the fundamental practices within the legal profession. In the current landscape, the legal services industry—particularly in dispute resolution—has entered a new development phase.
We are pleased to announce that submissions for the 2025 ALB China Dispute Resolution Rankings are now open. We look forward to receiving your firm’s submission form.
Our rankings are based on several key metrics, including: the volume, complexity, and size of work undertaken; significant achievements over the years; major litigation or arbitration completed in the past 12 months; the number of personnel; market scale; business volume; key personnel hires; and the growth of the practice group, as well as notable clients and new client wins.
The Dispute Resolution rankings will consist of two tables: one for "Litigation" and another for "Arbitration." The rankings will also be divided into tiers, with the first tier identifying the top dispute resolution firms in this jurisdiction.
The 2025 ALB China Dispute Resolution Ranking will be published in our June 2025 issue.
