近日，总部位于北京的中闻律师事务所正式落子昆明，成为该所全国范围内的第21家分支机构。

据悉，中闻昆明办公室将由聂智兴主任领导，目前共拥有约50位合伙人及律师。

昆明办的业务领域涵盖资本市场、民商事争议解决、刑事、银行与金融、投资与并购、政府与公共事务、投资基金与私募股权、破产重整与清算、公司运营、合规与监管、建设工程与房地产、项目与基础设施、环境、能源与自然资源、家族财富管理等多个领域。

中闻在一份新闻稿中表示，昆明分所的成立是其在西南地区的战略布局迈出重要一步的标志。

Zhong Wen explores new opportunities in Kunming

Beijing-headquartered Zhong Wen Law Firm has recently opened a new office in Kunming, Yunnan Province, which becomes the firm’s 21st branch globally.

According to Zhong Wen, the new office will be led by director Nie Zhixing, and now has approximately 50 lawyers and partners.

Kunming office focuses on capital markets, civil and commercial dispute resolution, criminal, banking and finance, investment and mergers and acquisitions, government and public affairs, investment funds and private equity, bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, corporate operations, compliance and regulatory, construction and real estate, projects and infrastructure, environment, energy and natural resources, and family wealth management, etc.

Zhong Wen addressed in a press release that the establishment of the new office marks an important step in its strategic layout in the southwest region.
