ALB始终关注着公司法务团队在法律行业中的角色和影响，当今的公司法务凭借着高度的专业能力、对公司业务的深度理解和绝佳的团队配合，法务团队不断更新法律知识及实践经验，提升商业意识，积累行业经验，在复杂多变的商业环境下对监管导向和市场变化快速作出反应，及时防范风险、预判商业走向，为公司的业务决策提出可行性的法律意见和全方位的支持。

通过历年评选，ALB向业界呈现了来自各行各业顶尖的法务团队，这些团队的工作复杂程度、创新思维、卓越表现以及对行业影响力均受到了广泛的认可，我们看到法务团队扮演着越来越积极的角色，“引领型法务”发挥的积极作用不断地重塑着业务伙伴和同行对于法务团队的理解。

以下为2023 ALB China 十五佳公司法务团队的调研方法和评选标准。

调研方法：

• 公司法务团队提交报名表格；
• ALB邀请律师填写网上问卷，推荐他们心中优秀的法务团队；
• 参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

评选标准：

• 参与及完成的重要交易/项目，直接为公司的发展或利润做出贡献;
• 赢得的仲裁/诉讼，从而保护公司免遭财务或声誉损失;
• 以创新方式深度参与公司运营，促进合规水平提升;
• 根据团队规模考察工作的多样性和复杂性;
• 其他成绩（如在教育、公益法律服务、慈善事业等方面的成绩）。

参与方式：

• 如果您是公司法务，欢迎点击此处下载报名表格，填写完毕后发送至TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com，中文、英文或者双语填写均可。参与者须为过去12个月常驻中国大陆的法务团队。请着重突出贵法务团队所取得的成就。报名的截止日期为北京时间2023年11月1日18:00。

最终获奖的15个法务团队将会获得奖杯，结果将发布在《亚洲法律杂志》中国版2023年12月刊。

Submission is open for the 2023 ALB China Top 15 In House Teams.

At ALB, we recognize the crucial role and impact of in-house teams. The current business environment is becoming more complicated and unpredictable, but with their expertise, comprehension of the industry, and superb teamwork, in-house legal teams continuously enhance their legal knowledge and practical experience. They also develop a better understanding of the business and accumulate invaluable experience to respond promptly to regulatory guidance and market shifts. They are able to predict business trends, prevent risks, offer practical legal advice, and provide comprehensive support for the company's decision-making processes.

We are delighted to see that the in-house teams that stand out are widely acknowledged for their complex and creative work, as well as their influence in the industry. It is evident that in-house legal teams are taking on more active roles, and the positive impact of these teams is continually reshaping how business partners and peers view them as the leading type of legal personnel.

To determine the ranking, we will be using the following methodology and criteria:

 

METHODOLOGY:

• Self-nomination forms for in-house teams.
• Lawyers are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend in-house teams for the ranking.
• Peer commentary, market feedback, and ALB editorial input will also be taken into account. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.

 

CRITERIA:

• Involvement in and completion of significant transactions/projects; being a direct contributor to the company's growth or profit;
• Successful arbitration/lawsuits that have saved the company from financial or reputational loss;
• Innovative and in-depth involvement in the company's operations and promotion of compliance;
• Efficiency and complexity of work based on the scale of the team;
• Other accomplishments/activities (i.e. educational, pro bono, charitable, etc.).

 

If you would like to participate

• Download the submission form here. Only one entry is allowed per organization, and the form can be filled out in Chinese, English, or both. Please submit the form to TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com by 18:00 on November 1. The submissions are open to in-house teams based in mainland China in the past 12 months.
• Take the survey here, which will be closed on 18:00 October 25.

 

The 15 winners will receive an ALB trophy, and the result will be published in ALB China's December 2023 issue.
