近日，总部位于北京的汉坤律师事务所正式落子新加坡，这是汉坤在中国以外开设的第一间国际办公室，也是该所全球范围内的第7家分支机构。

作为亚太地区的重要金融中心，在新加坡开设办公室是汉坤国际化战略的重要布局。汉坤新加坡办公室将由管理合伙人陈达飞律师领导。

陈律师于2006年加入汉坤北京办公室。2014年，汉坤开设香港办公室，陈律师被派驻到香港，开始同时于两地展开执业。他的执业领域为境外资本市场、跨境投融资及并购，专注于生命科学与健康医疗、TMT等领域。

汉坤在新闻稿中表示，新加坡办公室将与汉坤其他办公室和新加坡本地的专业服务机构紧密配合，进一步满足中新两国乃至东南亚投资市场对高质量跨境专业服务的需求，为中国企业“走出去”及新加坡的外资进入中国提供一体化、高水准的专业服务。

与此同时，汉坤新加坡迎来财富管理专家于岚律师以合伙人身份加盟。加入汉坤前，于律师曾在德茂欣律师事务所担任合伙人。于律师专注于私人财富、财富管理和金融服务以及跨境交易等领域，为众多个人、家族办公室以及中资背景的跨国公司等提供法律服务。

Han Kun opens in Singapore, initiating international strategy

Beijing-headquartered Han Kun Law Offices has recently opened a new office in Singapore, the firm’s 7th branch globally and first office overseas.

The opening of the Singapore office is an important part of Han Kun's international strategy. The office will be led by managing partner Chen Dafei, who joined Han Kun back in 2006 as a partner in Beijing.

In 2014, when Han Kun first established its Hong Kong office, Chen was assigned there to head the new business and has since been splitting his time between the two cities. Chen mainly focuses on overseas capital markets, and cross-border financing and investment, with special knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare, and TMT sectors.

Han Kun said that the Singapore office would work closely with the firm’s other offices and local professional services to further meet the demand for cross-border services in the investment markets of China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. Besides, Han Kun’s Singapore office will provide services to Chinese companies going abroad and foreign investors from Singapore to tap into the China market.

Han Kun also welcomed wealth management expert Yu Lan as a partner in its new Singapore office. Yu worked as a partner at Duane Morris & Selvam previously.

Focusing on private wealth, wealth management, financial services, and cross-border transactions, Yu acts for a wide range of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and Chinese-invested multinationals.
