近日，总部位于北京的金诚同达律师事务所举办了重庆分所的开业仪式，这也是该所在全球范围内的最新一家分支机构。

据悉，重庆分所将由周明兵主任领导，重点聚焦于房地产与建设工程、金融、合规、争议解决、刑事等业务领域。

金诚同达告诉ALB，重庆分所是其继2001年设立西安、成都分所之后，再次落子西部，是该所布局全国、扎根西部的重要步伐。

该分所将与成都分所形成成渝联动格局，发挥知识产权、国际贸易、跨境投资等领域的传统优势，进一步开拓西南地区的法律服务市场。与此同时，金诚同达也将积极参与新时代西部大开发、“一带一路”倡议、西部陆海新通道建设等国家重大发展战略实施，为客户提供全方位、一站式的优质法律服务。 

JT&N launches in Chongqing

Beijing-headquartered Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N) has recently opened a new office in Chongqing, which becomes its another branch globally.

According to JT&N, the new office will be led by director Zhou Mingbing, focusing on real estate and construction engineering, finance, compliance, dispute resolution, criminal, etc.

The firm tells ALB that the Chongqing office is its third location in the west of China after the establishment of the Xi'an and Chengdu offices in 2001, which is an important step for the firm to lay out the whole country and take root in the west region.

The office will form a linkage pattern with the Chengdu office and will further develop the legal service market in the southwest region by utilizing its traditional advantages in the fields of intellectual property, international trade, and cross-border investment. 

At the same time, JT&N will actively participate in the implementation of major national development strategies such as the development of western China in the new era, and the Belt and Road initiative, providing clients with all-round, one-stop quality legal services.
