12月20日，2024 ALB 浩天总法名人榜庆典之夜活动在上海外滩华尔道夫酒店成功举办。岁末之际，十数位在过去两年入选ALB《总法名人榜》的总法律顾问及团队成员相聚黄浦江畔，共同回顾过去一年的成绩，也就法律共同体所关注的话题展开热烈探讨，展望2025年的法律人发展“关键词”。

当晚庆典由北京浩天律师事务所全国监事会主席张淼律师担纲主持。张律师说，很高兴以充满活力的庆典形式，打造一场法律专业人士的交流盛宴，希望总法名人与律界同仁们共同享受灿烂耀眼的庆祝之夜，以多元的视角、开放的思维，突破自我，成就不凡。

汤森路透法律传媒集团负责人谢京庭女士随后以视频方式致辞。她说，ALB致力于通过《总法名人榜》搭建交流平台，今晚这样的平台从纸面来到线下，希望在座各位能共同推动法律行业的创新与进步。

北京浩天律师事务所全国董事局主席蒋琪律师则于现场献上致辞。蒋律师说，非常荣幸浩天能够成为本次庆典的独家赞助商，希望新老朋友在今晚共同交流思想、交流法律、交流方法论。当今的总法律顾问应具备四种能力：发现风险的能力；解决问题的能力；整合资源的能力；创造价值的能力。希望就上述四个方面和各位总法展开全面交流，期待本次活动成为一场知识的盛宴，也铸造一个美好的夜晚。

随后，汤森路透ALB中国区法律编辑胡阳潇潇带来名为“从守护到引领：企业法务的‘角色革命’”主题分享，介绍了汤森路透《年度法务部门状况报告》中搭建的法务部门保护、赋能、有效性、成本效率四大关切点的理论框架，并分享了《2024 ALB企业法务团队调研报告》的结果。

此后，活动进入圆桌讨论环节，由北京浩天律师事务所合伙人牟菲律师担当主持人，讨论话题为：多元角度聚焦争议解决新趋势，创新思维助力企业业务高发展。

本环节邀请到的嘉宾为：TCL科技集团股份有限公司法务部部长陈晓亚女士、北京浩天律师事务所合伙人李光昱律师，以及北京浩天（深圳）律师事务所管委会主任王建林律师。

随后，活动进入激动人心的环节，各位入选《总法名人榜》的总法律顾问或其代表依次上台，由浩天律师事务所律师为他们颁发上榜证书。各位总法同时发表了获奖感言。

在随后的晚宴环节，北京浩天律师事务所合伙人王菲米兰律师献上祝酒词，她邀请大家为过往成绩干杯，也为2025年更多的收获与成长干杯。

ALB and Hylands joined hands on the inaugural GC Profile Celebration Party 

On December 20, 2024, the inaugural ALB Hylands GC Profile Celebration Party was successfully held at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai. As the year drew to a close, general counsel and their team members, who had been featured in the ALB GC Profiles supplements over the past two years, gathered along the Huangpu River. The event offered an opportunity to reflect on achievements, discuss key issues of interest to the legal community, and explore the “keywords” shaping the legal profession’s development in 2025.

The evening’s festivities were hosted by Zhang Miao, chair of the national supervisory board of Hylands Law Firm. Zhang expressed her delight in creating a vibrant platform for legal professionals to connect, celebrate, and push boundaries. She encouraged attendees to embrace diverse perspectives and open-minded thinking to achieve extraordinary success.

Amantha Chia, head of Thomson Reuters Legal Media Business, delivered a video address, highlighting ALB’s commitment to fostering dialogue through platforms like the GC Profiles. She expressed hope that the evening’s event, transitioning from print to in-person interaction, would drive innovation and progress in the legal industry.

Jiang Qi, chair of the national board of directors at Hylands Law Firm, delivered a keynote speech on-site. Jiang expressed his honor in Hylands being the event’s exclusive sponsor and emphasized the value of exchanging ideas, legal strategies, and methodologies. He outlined four essential skills for today’s GCs: identifying risks, solving problems, integrating resources, and creating value. Jiang hoped for meaningful discussions on these themes and envisioned the event as both an intellectual feast and a memorable night.

The event continued with a presentation by Hu Yangxiaoxiao, legal editor for Thomson Reuters ALB China. Titled “From Guardian to Leader: The Role Revolution in Corporate Legal Departments,” the presentation introduced the four focus areas of the Thomson Reuters Annual Corporate Legal Department Status Report. Hu also shared insights from the 2024 ALB China In-House Legal Team Survey.

Next, a panel discussion took centre stage, moderated by Mu Fei, partner at Hylands Law Firm. The panel explored “New Trends in Dispute Resolution from Diverse Perspectives and Innovative Approaches for Business Growth.” Panellists included Ms. Chen Xiaoya, Head of the Legal Department at TCL Technology Group, Li Guangyu, partner at Hylands Law Firm, and Wang Jianlin, chair of the management committee at Hylands (Shenzhen) Law Firm.

A highlight of the evening was the award ceremony, where GCs featured in the GC Profiles or their representatives were invited on stage to receive their certificates. Each honoree shared heartfelt acceptance speeches.

During the subsequent banquet, Wang Feimilan, partner at Hylands Law Firm, offered a toast. She invited everyone to celebrate past accomplishments and to anticipate greater growth and achievements in 2025.
