陕西锦路律师事务所（“陕西锦路”）和北京市安生律师事务所（“北京安生”）近期签署合并协议，并将于2022年1月1日起开始实施合并。合并后拟成立北京锦路安生律师事务所（“锦路安生”），锦路安生将设立北京和西安两个管理总部。与合并同步，锦路安生将在香港设立办公室并开展联营。

陕西锦路和北京安生均为2010年之后设立的精品律所。陕西锦路的总部位于西安，并在北京、深圳设有两家分所，面向北京、上海、香港、深圳等全国多地的机构客户提供法律服务，涵盖私募基金及股权、房地产、公司事务、资本市场、争议解决、知识产权等多个领域。北京安生业务领域包括争议解决、公司业务、资本市场、劳动人事、金融与银行等，其争议解决团队在商事争议解决领域拥有良好的业绩，代理过一系列在国内有影响的诉讼案件。

根据陕西锦路的一份新闻稿，本次合并将实现两家律所各自诉讼和非诉领域的优势互补和资源融合。合并完成后，锦路安生将拥有超过一百名律师，在北京、西安、深圳、香港设有办公室。

Merger of Silkroad Law Firm and Anchorite and Sage Law Office taking place

Silkroad Law Firm and Anchorite and Sage Law Office, two boutique law firms respectively based in Xi’an and Beijing, have recently signed a merger agreement coming into effect on January 1, 2022. Following that, Silkroad, Anchorite & Sage Law Firm is planned to be set up, with two managing headquarters respectively in Beijing and Xi’an. The new firm will also launch an office in Hong Kong for joint operation.

Silkroad has built up two branches in Beijing and Shenzhen in addition to its Xi’an headquarter, providing legal services covering areas such as private funds and equity, real estate, corporate, capital market, dispute resolution, and intellectual property. Anchorite and Sage provides a range of legal services including dispute resolution, corporate, capital market, labor, and banking and finance. Its dispute resolution team has participated in a series of domestically influential commercial litigation cases.

According to a press release by Silkroad, the two firms’ advantages and resources will be combined following the merger. The new firm will have more than 100 lawyers across offices in Beijing, Xi’an, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.
