在陕西锦路律师事务所与北京安生律师事务所签署合并协议并完成实体和组织整合后，该所正式更名为“北京锦路安生律师事务所”，专注于基金设立和投资、股权投资、融资并购、争议解决等领域。

据悉，合并后的锦路安生事务所为北京、西安双总部模式，由杨海峰律师、高悦律师领导，共有法律专业人员100人。目前，该所在北京、西安、深圳均设有办公室，上海办公室也正在筹建当中。

更名后的锦路安生也于近日迎来了袁开宇律师以合伙人身份加盟，他将常驻即将成立的上海办公室。

袁律师拥有多年金融法律合规及专业管理经验，现主要从事数字金融、跨境金融及资产管理等领域的法律服务。加入锦路安生前，袁律师在奋迅律师事务所担任金融合规业务负责人。

Silkroad completes merger with Anchorite & Sage, adding financial compliance expert in Shanghai

After merging with Anchorite & Sage Law office, Silkroad Law Firm has now changed its name to "Silkroad, Anchorite & Sage Law Firm". The integration of entities and organizations is now complete, and the new firm will specialize in fund establishment and investment, equity investment, financing and mergers and acquisitions, as well as dispute resolution.

The firm will have dual headquarters in Beijing and Xi'an, with partners Yang Haifeng and Gao Yue co-leading the team of 100 legal professionals. Currently, Silkroad, Anchorite & Sage Law Firm has offices in Beijing, Xi'an, and Shenzhen, with a new Shanghai office in the works.

The firm has also welcomed financial compliance expert Yuan Kaiyu as a partner in the upcoming Shanghai office.

Yuan was previously head of the financial compliance practice at Baker McKenzie's JV firm Fenxun Partners. With extensive experience in financial law compliance and professional management, Yuan will primarily provide legal services in the fields of digital finance, cross-border finance, and asset management.
