中伦律师事务所近日迎来两位外所专家，前高锐律师事务所资深顾问裘鹏超、前礼德律师事务所合伙人潘颖达律师以顾问的身份加盟其上海办公室。

与两位外所专家一同加入中伦的共有15位合伙人/顾问，他们的业务范畴涵盖中国内地资本市场、跨境投资并购、工程和项目开发、私募股权和投资基金、诉讼仲裁、海事海商、合规和调查等众多领域。

裘律师的执业领域侧重于跨境并购、资本市场、投融资及其他公司业务。裘律师的职业生涯起始于年利达律师事务所纽约办公室，在加入高锐之前，他还曾在凯易律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所工作。

潘律师专注于海事海商及融资业务领域，拥有船舶、集装箱和相关设备的买卖、租赁和贷款融资经验。在2011年加入礼德香港办公室之前，他还曾在孖士打律师行工作。

中伦在一份新闻稿中表示，这一举措聚焦于构建全面而多元化的人才选拔与发展框架，搭建优势互补的人才矩阵，将优化人才队伍的结构布局，促进不同专业背景人员之间的深度协同与合作，为其未来发展提供稳固的内在驱动力。

Zhong Lun adds duo experts in Shanghai

Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently bolstered its Shanghai office with two experts, former senior consultant Peter Qiu from Clyde & Co, former partner Tat Pan at Reed Smith as consultants.

The two experts from international firms join Zhong Lun alongside 15 other partners/consultants whose practice areas span mainland China capital markets, cross-border investment and M&A, engineering and project development, private equity and investment funds, litigation and arbitration, maritime and shipping, compliance, and investigations.

Qiu focuses his practice on cross-border M&A, capital markets, investment and financing, and other corporate matters. He began his legal career at Linklaters' New York office and has previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom before joining Clyde & Co.

Pan specializes in maritime and shipping law and financing, with experience in the sale, leasing, and loan financing of vessels, containers, and related equipment. Prior to joining Reed Smith's Hong Kong office in 2011, he worked at Mayer Brown.

Zhong Lun Law Firm said in a press release that this initiative focuses on building a comprehensive and diversified talent recruitment and development framework, creating a complementary talent matrix that will optimize the structural layout of its professional team.
