马静华先生是四川大学法学院教授，执业18年来，他亲自承办数十起有重大影响的刑事案件。

兰荣杰先生是西南财经大学法学院教授，也是司法部首批涉外律师领军人才、中美法学双博士。

两位专家及团队专注于刑事案件处理，深研跨境刑事犯罪领域，擅长刑案辩护的理论与实务。

与两位专家一同加入的还有合伙人李辰君、魏巍，以及律师张敏、徐川杰。

Tahota adds criminal experts to Chengdu office

Tahota Law Firm has recently added criminal experts Ma Jinghua, Lan Rongjie and their team to its Chengdu office.
Ma is a professor at the Law School of Sichuan University and has personally undertaken dozens of influential criminal cases over the past 18 years of practice.

Lan is a professor at the Law School of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and is also one of the first batch of leading foreign-related lawyers of the Ministry of Justice, with a double doctorate in Chinese and American jurisprudence.

The two experts and their team focus on criminal case handling, deeply study the field of cross-border criminal crimes, and specialize in the theory and practice of criminal defense.

Joining the two experts are partners Li Chenjun and Wei Wei, and lawyers Zhang Min and Xu Chuanjie.
