竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来三位专家周原、李力、谭彦华律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳办公室。

周律师专注于商事诉讼与仲裁、复杂商业纠纷解决业务。加入竞天公诚之前，周律师曾在天达共和律师事务所工作。

李律师深耕于知识产权、竞争法和反垄断、初创企业投融资领域的诉讼与非诉业务。加入竞天公诚之前，李律师曾在观韬律师事务所工作。

同样来自观韬的还有谭律师，他的主要执业领域为私募基金、股权投融资、争议解决。

这是竞天公诚近期引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Jingtian adds three partners in Shenzhen

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently added three experts Zhou Yuan, Li Li, Tan Yanhua as partners in its Shenzhen office.

Zhou specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, and complex commercial dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Zhou worked at East & Concord Partners.

Li specializes in litigation and non-litigation in the areas of intellectual property, competition law and antitrust, and startup investment and financing. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Li worked at Guantao Law Firm.

Tan focuses his practice on private equity, equity investment and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Tan worked at Guantao Law Firm.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm.
