MHP Law Firm has hired six lawyers in Shanghai, including Raymond Tu, who was a senior partner at Jade & Fountain PRC Lawyers. The other five lawyers are Zhou Weineng, Wang Chen, Ji Qi, Chen Yuxin, and Gao Han.

Tu specializes in corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, PE/ VC, real estate, culture and entertainment. He worked at Jade & Fountain for 16 years, during which he represented a subsidiary of the Carlyle Group in litigation resulting from cross-border M&A, and advised on the relocation of Jiangnan Shipyard Group to Changxing Island. 

Zhou joins from DiamonDLegal & Partners, where he was a partner. He focuses on corporate and commercial, real estate, anti-trust and anti-unfair competition, Internet media and technology, and criminal law. 

Wang, Ji and Chen join MHP as associates while Gao joins as an assistant associate.
