Hangzhou-based Sunshine Law Firm has boosted its energy practice with the hire of Shen Song and Wen Lizhao as partners in its Beijing office.

An energy expert, Shen advises on oil and gas related matters. Prior to Sunshine, Shen had stints at Dentons and China National Offshore Oil Corporation where he headed its overseas merger and acquisitions and dispute resolution divisions. At Sunshine, Shen would serve as the director of the firm’s and oil & gas practice in Beijing.

Meanwhile, Wen focuses her practice on environment law with special expertise in China, U.S. and Europe jurisdictions. Wen will head the Sunshine’s environment practice in Beijing.
