Zhonglun W&D Law Firm (Zhonglun W&D) has recently entered into a formal association with UK-based firm DKLM. The association expands the reach of both firms to have offices and headcount in 11 China-based offices, Hong Kong, London, Riyadh, Lyon, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg and several cities in the U.S.
There will also be more than 400 lawyers and support staff within the association, offering language capabilities in English, Chinese, French, German, Korean, Japanese and Arabic.
Zhong Lun W&D was the first Chinese law firm to establish a presence in London in 2006.
The firm’s China offices are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Taiyuan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Guangzhou. The firm’s core strengths are private equity, structured finance and securitisation, real estate, investment trusts, intellectual property, maritime and energy. ALB
