ALB’s annual survey of the best law firms to work for in Asia is closing soon.

The 2014 Employer of Choice survey, open to law firm employees from the paralegal level right up to managing partner, quizzes respondents on a variety of issues, ranging from career prospects within their firm to mentorship opportunities and work-life balance.

Responses to the survey are then used to pick the best law firms to work for in each jurisdiction, or the “Employer of Choice,” which will be published in the June issue of ALB.

《亚洲法律杂志》2014年度亚洲范围内最受雇员欢迎的律师事务所评选现在开始接受在线问卷调查表。
今年的最佳雇主评选对事务所的全体雇员开放，从律师助理直到管理合伙人均可参与。问卷调查内容包括众多事项，包括在律所内的职业发展前途，培训指导机会，工作生活平衡等。
问卷答复将被用于评选各法律辖区范围范围内的最得雇员满意的律师事务所，即“年度最佳雇主”。评选结果将刊登在今年6月份的《亚洲法律杂志》上。
