Beijing DHH Law Firm has launched an international aviation practice after hiring Zhenda Huang, who was most recently the general counsel of Hainan Airlines. Separately, the firm has established an office in the eastern city of Suzhou, its 24th branch nationally.
Huang, who was the GC of Hainan Airlines for 14 years, will lead an eight-member international team at DHH. This team includes six partners, namely Liang Mei, director of the DHH Washington office; Yongchang Tang, vice-director of DHH Washington office; Zhizhou Wang, director of the DHH Seattle office; Yuexi Yao, executive director of the DHH Shanghai office; Lu Wang, senior joint partner of the DHH Beijing office; and Yanhui Yang, partner of the DHH Beijing office. Qi Jiang, president of Deheng Law Group, also joins in the team.
According to the firm, the new team will focus on aviation conventions, aviation law, energy and environmental law, space law, international investment law and international commercial law.
Huang specializes in aviation law, including aircraft purchase contract review, aircraft simulator procurement negotiations, simulator training centre construction, aviation finance and leasing, materials procurement and aviation finance, etc.
Meanwhile, DHH’s Suzhou office will focus on banking and financing, trust and insurance, asset management and funds, corporate/M&A, intellectual property, PPP and real estate financing, criminal compliance, commercial dispute resolution, arbitration and ADR. The office, which has 36 lawyers, including nine partners, is led by Kebin Li.

黄振达律师是深耕航空领域的法律专家更拥有丰富的航空法领域实践经验，熟悉包括飞机采购协议谈判合同审核、飞机模拟器采购协议谈判及协议审核、飞机模拟器训练中心建设运营、飞机融资租赁、飞机航材采购等核心业务的整体运行。
另外，新开业的北京德和衡（苏州）律师事务所的业务领域主要集中在：银行与融资、信托与保险、资产管理与基金、公司与并购、知识产权、PPP与房地产金融、刑事业务、商事争议解决、仲裁与ADR业务等。苏州办公室目前共计36位律师，其中包括9位合伙人，合伙人李克彬律师担任苏州办公室主任。
