海润天睿律师事务所北京总部近日迎来五位资深律师方梅、鱼剑锋、杨曙光、张桓玮、张歆伟以合伙人身份加盟，进一步加强金融商事、文化娱乐与传媒及金融资管领域实力，其中，前四位律师此前执业于安理律师事务所，张歆伟律师则从德和衡律师事务所加盟。目前，部分成员合伙人备案手续正在办理中。

方律师在股权投资、公司并购与重组、房地产开发及大型物业租售领域具有丰富经验，曾为天鸿集团、首创置业、香港新世界集团等企业提供法律服务。方律师还擅长商事争议解决，类型涉及股权投资、房地产开发、金融贷款、执行异议等，曾成功处理多起高标的疑难案件。

鱼律师拥有法务管理工作经验，专注于公司及金融法律事务，擅长公司治理、股权投资、银行、信托、基金及相关领域的争议解决，曾成功代理多起重大疑难案件，并参与过商业银行、信托公司及基金管理公司的项目监管、不良处置等。鱼律师携其团队加盟海润天睿。

杨律师在影视娱乐传媒产业、知识产权、金融与证券等领域经验丰富，致力于为影视娱乐、文化传媒等相关的争议纠纷提供专业的法律服务。杨律师携其团队加盟海润天睿。

张桓玮律师业务领域包括资产管理业务、地产及基础设施开发建设及投融资、商事争议解决等。他亦担任中国保险资产管理业协会法律合规专委会成员；中保登资产支持计划外部专家；银行业信贷资产登记流转中心评审专家。张桓玮律师携团队加盟海润天睿。

张歆伟律师专注于以房地产、土地、基础设施等为基础资产的房地产金融及资产管理业务，并在房地产开发与经营、项目转让并购、外商投资、人民币基金，以及商事争议解决等方面亦有涉猎。张歆伟律师携团队加盟海润天睿。

这是海润天睿继今年5月迎来郑建鸥律师后的最新一批合伙人级别加入。

Hai Run strengthens Beijing HQ with five partners

Hai Run Law Firm has recently hired Fang Mei, Yu Jianfeng, Yang Shuguang, Zhang Huanwei, and Zhang Xinwei as partners in its Beijing headquarter to strengthen its practices in finance, culture, entertainment and media, and asset management. Fang, Yu, Yang and Zhang Huanwei practiced at Anli Partners prior to joining Hai Run, whereas Zhang Xinwei joined from Beijing DHH Law Firm. Currently, some of their transition procedures are under way.

Fang has extensive experience in equity investment, M&A, real estate development, and large property rental and sale. She has advised enterprises such as Tenhong, Beijing Capital Land, and New World Development. Fang is also familiar with commercial dispute resolution involving equity investment, real estate development, financial loan, and execution objection, having dealt with a number of complex cases.

Yu specializes in corporate and financial legal affairs. He is good at dispute resolution involving corporate governance, equity investment, banking, trust, and fund. Yu has successfully represented clients in a number of major cases, and participated in the project supervision and non-performing disposal for commercial banks, trust companies, and fund management companies. Yu joined Hai Run with his team.

Yang has extensive experience in film and television entertainment media industry, intellectual property, and finance and securities, with a focus on dispute resolution involving those areas. Yang joined Hai Run with his team.

Zhang Huanwei's practice areas include asset management, real estate and infrastructure development, investment and finance, and commercial dispute resolution. He is a member of the Legal compliance Committee of Insurance Asset Management Association of China, an external experts of China Insurance Registration Asset Support Program, and an evaluation expert of the Registration and Circulation Centre of Banking Credit Asset. He joined Hai Run with his team. 

Zhang Xinwei specializes in real estate finance and asset management based on real estate, land, infrastructure and other assets, as well as real estate development and operation, project transfer and acquisition, foreign investment, RMB funds, and commercial dispute resolution. Zhang Xinwei joined Hai Run with his team.

This is Hai Run’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding Zheng Jianou in May.
