Orrick and Shihui act on JD Property’s $800mln Series B financing
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Shihui Partners have advised JD Property, a subsidiary of JD.com, on its $800 million non-redeemable series B preferred share financing. The investors were led by Hillhouse Investment, Warburg Pincus, and one leading global institutional investor.
JD Property is the infrastructure asset management and integrated service platform within the group of JD.com. With its infrastructure property development, asset management, and diversified value-added services, JD Property provides comprehensive solutions for infrastructure construction and operations, including modern standard warehouse, integrated intelligent industrial park, data centre, and photovoltaic new energy. Since 2019, JD Property has established four logistics infrastructure funds.
