海润天睿律师事务所近日迎来不动产运营管理专家包华、公司业务律师王惠萍、争议解决律师祝伟以高级合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

包律师在不动产运营管理、物业管理、企业法律风险防控方面具有超过20年的执业经验。他近年来为多家央企、国企提供法律服务。加盟海润前，他曾在安理律师事务所担任合伙人。

王律师业务范围涉及企业日常法律服务、工程建设、并购重组、合规管理以及争议解决等，尤其擅长能源、环境、贸易类企业诉讼、仲裁法律业务，曾为多家企业提供法律服务。

祝律师是争议解决业务领域资深专家。执业24年来，他曾多次成功代理最高人民法院再审案件，代理客户在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京仲裁委员会的各类商事仲裁案件。朱律师在资本市场领域亦有涉猎，曾成功为多种行业的客户提供挂牌、并购、不良资产处置、公司治理、股权激励等项目法律服务。加盟海润前，他曾于2011年创立北京大悦律师事务所。

这是海润今年的第一批合伙人级别引入。部分合伙人备案手续正在进行中。

Hai Run expands by adding partner trio in Beijing

Hai Run Law Firm has recently hired real estate expert Bao Hua, corporate lawyer Wang Huiping, and dispute resolution veteran Zhu Wei as senior partners in its Beijing office.

Bao has over 20 years of experience in real estate management and operations, real estate management, and corporate legal risks control. He has advised a number of central enterprises and state-owned enterprises. Prior to joining Hai Run, he was a partner at Anli Partners.

Wang’s practice areas include corporate affairs, construction, M&A, compliance, and dispute resolution. With expertise in litigation and arbitration cases involving energy, environment, and trade, she has advised multiple enterprises in these sectors.

Zhu has 24 years of experience in dispute resolution, having successfully represented clients in retrial cases heard by Supreme People’s Court, as well as commercial arbitration cases under the rules of CIETAC and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Zhu also has experience in capital markets, having advised a variety of clients on listing, M&A, disposal of non-performing asset, corporate governance, and equity incentive projects. He established Beijing Dayue Law Firm in 2011.

This is Hai Run’s first batch of partner-level hire in 2022. Some partner filing procedures are in progress.
