国浩律师（香港）律师事务所近日迎来房地产专家温韶文律师以合伙人身份加盟。此前，他在贝克·麦坚时律师事务所执业18年，于2015年成为该所合伙人。

温律师专注于房地产法律事务，主要处理发展项目相关工作，包括草拟公契、申请预售楼花同意书、《一手住宅物业销售条例》合规工作和发展项目楼宇买卖。

温律师加盟后，国浩香港目前共有七位合伙人，其中包括5月加盟的苏绍聪律师。

PRC firm Grandall adds real estate partner from Bakers

Grandall Zimmern Law Firm, the Hong Kong association firm of the PRC’s Grandall, has hired real estate expert Shiu-man Wan as a partner from Baker McKenzie, where he spent 18 years.

Wan, who became a partner of Baker McKenzie in 2015, has a primary focus on development project matters, including the drafting of deeds of mutual covenant, obtaining of pre-sale consent, compliance with relevant laws, and project conveyancing.

With his hire, Grandall Zimmern now has seven partners, including Thomas So, who joined from Mayer Brown in May.
