近日，总部位于上海的海华永泰律师事务所伦敦、巴黎办公室正式开业，目前，该所在境外已经布局了四家办公室。

海华永泰伦敦办公室的业务主要涉及劳动法、商法、争议解决等领域，以及协助中国企业完成在英国的监管审批；

海华永泰巴黎办公室主要业务领域为国内企业出海时遇到的公司法和劳动法问题等。此外，该办公室也正在积极拓展具有法国特色的业务，如房地产、移民、旅游地产、酒庄等。

目前，伦敦办公室将由合伙人许明睿律师带领，巴黎办公室将由合伙人袁展颜律师带领。

海华永泰在一份新闻稿中表示，这是其继设立西雅图、洛杉矶办公室后，进一步加强全球布局、向欧洲市场的迈进。

Hiways opens in London and Paris

Hiways Law Firm has recently launched two new offices in London and Paris. The firm has so far opened four overseas offices.

The London office’s main service areas include employment law, commercial law and dispute resolution, as well as assisting Chinese companies to complete regulatory approvals in the UK.

The Paris office, at the meantime, will focus on corporate and employment law issues encountered by PRC companies going abroad. Besides, the Paris office is looking to actively expand its business with French characteristics, such as real estate, immigration, tourist properties, wineries.

Currently, the London office will be led by partner Raymond Xu and the Paris office will be led by partner Yuan Zhenyan.

The firm says in a statement that this is a further strengthening of its global presence and a step towards the European market, following the establishment of its Seattle and Los Angeles offices in the U.S.
