中伦文德律师事务所近日迎来公司并购领域律师丁新朝以合伙人身份加盟其北京总所办公室。

丁律师的专业领域为公司/并购、金融证券，在并购与重组、金融和私募股权投资领域具有非常丰富的实务经验。加入中伦文德之前，丁律师曾于某知名律师事务所担任合伙人。

这是中伦文德今年引入的第二位合伙人级别律师。

Zhong Lun W&D adds corporate M&A partner in Beijing

Zhong Lun W&D Law Firm has hired corporate M&A lawyer Ding Xinchao as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Zhong Lun W&D, Ding worked as partner at SD & Partners.

Ding specializes in corporate M&A, financial securities, and has very extensive practical experience in the areas of M&A, restructuring, finance and private equity.

This is the second partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
