近日，总部位于广州的伟途律师事务所正式落子上海，成为其首家分支机构。

罗夏信官网信息显示，伟途于2016年与罗夏信建立联营关系。据悉，伟途上海办公室将专注于提供精通公司法、商业和融资交易、争议解决、私人财富和企业重组等领域的法律服务。

伟途在一份新闻稿中表示，上海办公室将进一步促进伟途与罗夏信律师事务所的联营协同效应，将根植于粤港澳大湾区的优质法律服务全面推广至其他地区的客户。

Stephenson Harwood’s China association Wei Tu launches in Shanghai

Guangzhou-headquartered Wei Tu Law Firm has recently set up in Shanghai, which becomes the firm’s first branch.

According to Stephenson Harwood’s website, the firm formed an association with Wei Tu which goes by the name of “Stephenson Harwood - Wei Tu (China) Association” in 2016.

Wei Tu’s new office will focus on providing legal services in corporate, commercial and financing transactions, dispute resolution, private wealth and corporate restructuring.

Wei Tu addressed in a press release that the Shanghai office will further promote the synergies of the association, and fully extend the quality legal services rooted in the Greater Bay Area to clients in the other regions.

“Providing excellent China legal services and a deep understanding of China's market dynamics, the Wei Tu team has been a trusted partner for Stephenson Harwood and our clients around the world,” said Evangeline Quek, the office managing partner Greater China, in a statement.
