遥望律师事务所近日迎来三位专家杨帆、司瑶瑶、庄原以联席负责人及合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。

杨律师专注于帮助国际资管公司进入中国金融市场设立人民币基金或进行投资，以及帮助国内资产管理机构设立美元基金。加入遥望之前，杨律师曾在西盟斯律师事务所任基金和合规业务合伙人。

司律师的业务专长为各类资产管理人的设立、各类资产管理产品的发行和合规运营以及为国际资管机构的跨境投资提供中国法律服务。加入遥望之前，司律师曾在汉坤律师事务所工作。

庄律师专注于跨境并购、公司治理以及企业合规，为跨国企业在华投资提供法律服务以及协助中国企业进行境外投资项目已超过二十年。加入遥望之前，庄律师曾在奋迅律师事务所工作。

YaoWang expands Shanghai team with trio

Shanghai-based YaoWang Law Offices has recently added three experts Melody Yang, Sherry Si, and Frank Zhuang.

Yang has a wealth of experience advising global asset management groups on their China market entry strategies and Chinese asset managers on launching their USD funds overseas. Prior to joining YaoWang, she worked as a funds and reg partner at Simmons & Simmons.

Si specializes in the establishment of various types of asset managers and the launch of different asset management products. Prior to joining YaoWang, she worked at Han Kun Law Offices.

Zhuang’s expertise spans cross-border M&A, general corporate and complianc. He brings over experience of almost two decades in advising multinational companies on their business operations in China and Chinese companies on outbound investments. Prior to joining YaoWang, he worked at Fexun Partners.
