近日，总部位于深圳的信达律师事务所举办了其香港分所新办公室的开业仪式，这也是该所在境外设立的首家办公室。

信达香港分所于2022年8月设立并与何韦律师事务所进行联营，在2023年12月结束联营后，信达香港分所开始独立运作。

据悉，香港办公室目前共拥有6位合伙人，由李瑮蛟律师、林晓春律师、洪群军律师、肖剑律师、王怡妮律师、陈佳蓝律师领导。

信达告诉ALB，香港分所的设立是其国际化发展的重要步伐，该所扎根粤港澳大湾区，通过香港分所与其他内地办公室进行协同和互动，专注于助力客户“内引外联”以及“走出去”、“一带一路”等发展战略。

Sundial opens new office in Hong Kong

Shenzhen-headquartered Sundial Law Firm has recently opened its new Hong Kong office, which is the firm’s first branch overseas.

Sundial’s Hong Kong office was set up and joined with Howse Williams in August 2022, and upon the end of the association in December 2023, Sundial's Hong Kong office started to operate independently.

According to Sundial, the Hong Kon office now has 6 partners and is led by partners Li Lijiao, Lin Xiaochun, Hong Qunjun, Xiao Jian, Wang Yini and Chen Jialan.

Sundial tells ALB that the establishment of the Hong Kong office is an important step in its internationalization development, which is rooted in the Greater Bay Area, focusing on assisting clients’ domestic and international connections through the synergistic interaction between the Hong Kong branch and other mainland offices.
