Tian Yuan launches Zhengzhou office

Beijing-headquartered Tian Yuan Law Firm has recently launched a new office in Zhengzhou, making it the 14th branch of the firm.

This move was made possible by various policies such as "Belt and Road", National Central City and Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area, which are helping to promote growth in the region. With the significant advantages of land and air transportation, Zhengzhou and the surrounding areas are rapidly emerging as an important growth area for inland economic growth. 

According to a press release by Tian Yuan, the Zhengzhou office will focus on areas such as land use and real estate development, infrastructure construction and investment and financing, finance, insurance, trust factoring, capital securities, investment, mergers and acquisitions, state-owned assets operation and compliance, foreign affairs, bankruptcy, criminal and civil and commercial administrative dispute resolution and litigation.
