近日，锦天城（香港）律师事务所有限法律责任合伙举办了开业仪式。目前，该所已在境外设立了包括伦敦、西雅图、新加坡及东京在内的共5家分支机构。

据悉，香港分所将由劳恒晃主任领导，目前共拥有32位律师，其中包括7位合伙人，重点聚焦于资本市场、公司合规、跨境并购、银行金融、房地产、雇佣移民、私募基金、竞争法、知识产权、争议解决、高端私人客户家事、家族办公室等业务领域。

锦天城于2013年设立香港分所并与史蒂文生黄律师事务所进行联营，于去年6月获得香港律师会批准，拥有在当地执业的资格。

锦天城在一份新闻稿中表示，香港办公室将发挥香港作为金融中心和商业枢纽的区位优势，利用本地健全的法律体系与成熟的金融制度，高效整合境内外法律资源，为客户提供一站式法律服务。

AllBright opens in Hong Kong

Shanghai-headquartered AllBright Law Offices has recently opened a new office in Hong Kong, and currently, the firm has set up a total of five branches abroad, including London, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo.

According to AllBright, the Hong Kong office will be led by director Hank Lo, and now has 32 lawyers, including 7 partners. The new branch will focus on capital markets, corporate compliance, cross-border M&A, banking & finance, real estate, employment & immigration, private equity, competition law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, high-end private client, family office etc.

AllBright opened an office in Hong Kong and joined forces with Stevenson Wong & Co in 2013 and had been given approval from the Law Society of Hong Kong to establish a local practice in June 2023.

AllBright addressed in a press release that the Hong Kong office will take advantage of the city's location as a financial center and business hub, make use of the sound local legal system and mature financial system, efficiently integrate domestic and foreign legal resources, and provide one-stop legal services to clients.
