Former Clifford Chance Asia finance partner Bruce Schulberg, who was with the firm’s Beijing branch till recently, will be joining the Singapore office of Hogan Lovells on Jan. 30 this year.

Hogan Lovells has recruited an intellectual property (IP) partner to its Shanghai office from Perkins Coie, in a move that is expected to further strengthen its IP practice in the Asia-Pacific region.
