盈科律师事务所近期在德国杜塞尔多夫设立盈科德国律师事务所（YK Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH），该所由两名盈科合伙人卢辉、李景武律师以及两名德国律师Timo Schneiders、李哲超联合成立，将作为独立的律所展开执业。
盈科德国的业务领域包括公司法、民商事诉讼、知识产权、税法、反垄断、国际商事仲裁、资本市场、海外投资与并购等，主要面向在德国从事商业活动的中国公司以及个人。盈科德国的成立标志着盈科中国律师首次在德国与德国律师共同执业。此前，盈科曾在2015年与柏林精品律所Dr Köhler und Partner签订合作协议，并冠名盈科·科勒，以合作伙伴关系为跨境业务提供法律咨询。
盈科是中国大型律师事务所，在全球多个国家和地区设有分支机构。根据盈科官网资料，盈科德国未来还将在柏林、慕尼黑、汉堡、法兰克福等城市开设办公室。
Yingke opens Düsseldorf office
Yingke Law Firm, China’s largest law firm, has established an office in the German city of Düsseldorf under the name YK Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (YK Law Germany).
The office will initially have two Yingke partners, Lu Hui and Li Jingwu, and two German lawyers, Timo Schneiders and Li Zhechao.
YK Law Germany’s practice focuses include corporate, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property, tax, anti-trust, international commercial arbitration, capital markets, and overseas investment and M&A. It mainly serves Chinese companies and individuals doing business in Germany.
The establishment of YK Law Germany marks the time Yingke has set up a German office involving both Chinese and German lawyers. Prior to this, Yingke and the Berlin-based Dr Köhler und Partner entered into a partnership in 2015, advising on cross-border legal affairs under the name Yingke- Köhler.
Yingke has a number of offices across the world. According to the firm’s official website, YK Law Germany will seek to expand its presence to other German cities like Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, and Frankfurt in the future.
